9/05/2024 - Joel: Just confirming we have done a deal with Michele on this property we have contracted the property for sale at $495,000 and the selling fee charged was 2.75% including GST. The contract is subject to finance with settlement due around 49 days from todays date 😊 We are still in the process of finalising the contract of sale with signatures but wanted to fill you in 😊
