14/05/2024 - Manoj: wasn't happy with prices - has leased

9/05/2024 - Damien - has some buyers left over, sold in Strathtulloh, they want Cobblebank

6/05/2024 - Martin: Have spoken to Manoj. He seems to want to sell instead of rent although does not want to have to pay marketing again or advertise for a long period due to being stuffed around with a previous agent earlier this year. I am sending him an email with information and then will see if he commits. Might be worth giving him a call to provide further assurance and guidance with our efforts.
