ADAM - Yes Natalie, I have booked in for next week to go and meet them.

I've had a 5 year relationship with the client and used to look after the home / managed it for 4 years as a rental so I'm both familiar with the home and the owners

They were actually going to contact me prior to you sending this lead and I mentioned that when I had seen the address

I'm not rejecting the lead however it will need to be on a lower referral fee or not at all given the prior relationship with the client.

I'm proposing 10% referral on this occasion in good faith
