5/6/24 Adam Stefan: Doesn't want us to go through for an appraisal but has asked for a desktop as will consider options for next financial year.
22/5 Simon whitehead: Decided to sell his Melbourne property & keep South Pine Road
9/5 Adam Stefan: poke to him and all seemed good on the day you sent the lead.
He was meant to send through the managing agents details so I could organise an appraisal.
