27/02/25 - Hi Kiley we have decided to withdraw our home from the market.
No one wants to look at it and it's gone on to long now people will be thinking there is something wrong with it.
We have had a couple of open days with only a couple through.
Why agents bring people through your home when the price is not what they are wanting to pay is beyond me....
It's an invasion of privacy.
Obviously tour property was priced to high in the beginning which we told the agent we did not want a far fetched appraisel just to get our business.
The property has been reduced three times.
And still no one.
We believe our home is worth more we have repainted exterior and interior and the home is in vgc for being 12 years old.
It is a 3 bed 2 bath 2 car
Which we have used part of space to use as a butlers.which could be pulled out if need be
Also we glassed in the deck area because of Ballarat weather
There is a wood heater on that area.
