I wanted to clarify the terms regarding the lease. For 6-month leases, the letting fee is 50% of one week's rent. If we opt for a 12-month lease, the letting fee would be one week's rent. Due to the Building regulations, we can only do a lease up to 6 months.

We plan to start the campaign with a rental price of $850 per week.
