4/09/2024 - Scott PUD: I have rung, sms'd and email Penny multiple times in the last two months. No engagement from her. I note the James Dean Rent Roll that manage the property has been sold to Harcourts Inner East. The tenancy must be coming to end shortly......unless she has renewed it. 

22/07/2024 - UD to Scott & Tamara / Keryn was nil reply end of May 

Scott: Scott: It's on hold until later in year when they can get the tenant out and spruce it up.

27/05/2024 - Scott: On receipt of lead spoke in detail with Penny. Sent information pack via Express Post to Penny in Sydney. Penny was going to send me photos of the most recent rental inspection. 27/5 Followup call to Penny - She confirmed the lease runs through to September. She does want to sell but does not want to compromise the sale price selling with the tenant in place. I suggested we could do an offmarket approach working with my network of buyers and buyers agents.
