7/08/2024 - Shawn PUD: No further contact has been made with owner of the property. They are in the process of making decisions regarding the properties.

Mark PUD : I chatted with Deanne one of the owners the shack on Monday the 1st of July. That are still weighing up as a family what to do with the shack after it’s fixed up from the flood damage. The block next door which is also owned by family is having a shed demolished and more likely to go to market. I have a diary note to catch up in 6 weeks as this the progress

6/06/2024 - Shawn: Provided Appraisal figures to Deanne for consideration by the family. She will talk with family and retain my details if they decide to list.

15/05/2024 - Shawn: rang Deanne. Discussed property and what they are looking for. Property will be transferred after probate to Deanne's Mum and Aunty's name and then possibly SOLD within a couple of years. I advised Deanne I will have a look on Friday and be back in touch with her.
