This is a sale due to Court order and Property settlement, the court has asked for three neutral agents to supply estimate and costings to sell so that he can decide the agent, Court date 7th July, the client needs to receive the estimates asap.
Property consists of 9 acres, one house which is currently leased (may have 1.5 years left of a three year lease MRE) there was a second dwelling but it burnt down. Pls contact Rosanna for discussions, judge had ordered a minimum base price of around 2mill back when the court case was on and there was a second dwelling on premises.
