Pam MARIE - I met with Ryan and Madeleine and provided them with an appraisal for their lovely home at 24 Balzan Drive, Rural View.


Their timeframe for selling their home is closer to August (after the birth of their first baby). I have diarised to follow them up on 25 July 2024.

They have planned a holiday to Tasmania during August, and have mentioned that access would be better at this time as their two dogs would not be present.

Will keep you informed if anything transpires.

TINA - Client is chasing $685 minimum. We have appraised the property at $600

BEN - NIC for BEN - Ben has asked me to respond to your email...I met with Ryan and his wife last week.

They will be going on the market later in the year (around October)

I feel the appraisal went well...but who knows.
