20/5 Camille: If possibly, could you separate the one lead for two units for Bronwyn for her 2 x units to two leads for each unit at 1 &2/5 Thomas Grove, San Remo VIC 3925 as they are on different timelines and I would like to update you separately on each. For instance, I haven’t been able to get through unit 1 as she doesn’t want to sell until July 2025 and she has a good tenant she doesn’t want to disturb as it’s not timely and wants to list 2/25 unit in July this year.
