OCT 24 - Thanks Natalie. It will be definitely easier after it’s completed. Also the developer advertised 2 bedroom $599k and they offer 7% discount to client as well. Some of our client went to the developer because of the advertising. It’s not easy to compete with the developer. 

But we will keep trying until settlement.

 update SEPT 24 - Due to this listing is nomination sale and we are not allowed to put on REA and Domain, we have been sent this property to our channel network. All of our channel partners has got our email about the property and I have called a lot of them and giving a briefing about the property. We do have some Chinese students enquiries from Melbourne and China channel partner. Unfortunately they still looking in the market haven't make a decision yet. The closet buyer is from last week, a Chinese lady interested and asked a lot of questions. However at the site inspection, the lady found out there's a substation right cross road of the building and she decided not go ahead. We still pushing this property to our channel partners and see if we can sell it before completion which is around November 2024.
