4/7/24 Mark: Hi Vicki, I had a long chat to her last night the unit has been on the market now for 6 months and vacant for the last 3 weeks, since she is under contract with another agent it will be at least 30 days to exit that agreement and then we would have to go through our sales campaign so its going to sit there vacant for quite some time. The owner decided to just put a tenant back in and wait for the flammable cladding to be rectified on the property so the window to sell may be 12m or so away I am afraid.

12/6/24-Think she is just going to stay with current agent or withdraw the property from sale altogether

Yes Vicki. But we have decided to rent property for the time being.

Thank you for your help.

Kind Regards,

Rama
