31/07/19: Agent Terry emailed, "hardly had any enquiry on the block. hard to sell blocks of land at Laguna Quays. Not only that it has a body corporate but the resort is closed. Price needs to be around $42,000 to $45,000 and maybe we might get some interest. We are doing all we can to get it out there but it is hard."
16/01/19: Email from agent Terry, remote area properties at Laguna quays do not sell quickly. It could be on the market for a year or so, banks will not lend at Laguna quays unless you have collateral"
16/01/19: Agent Terry had an offer on the table for this property but it was $15k below what client wanted and he refused.
