4/6 Kael: Spoke with Matthew. Booked in face to face for Thursday 6th June @ 10am. Confirmed details of apartment with him and will appraise this Thursday. Will send through notes through the portal once completed. Thank you.

6/6 kael: Appraised this morning with Matthew. Went through commission and marketing information with him. He is considering selling now or in next 6 months, pending some other investigations he needs to finish. Advised marketing package around $5,500 and commission 2% GST inclusive. Appraised in vicinity of $700,000. My team and I will complete a Sales & Marketing Proposal to send over to him and keep in touch. Thank you.
