2/09/2024 - Leigh Priestley: Followed this up and found that Nick did assign this lead on the day that it was received to our licensee in charge, Mike Kirwan. Mike went to the block and met with Giovanni (John) and talked through his plans. He had intended to build a home on the site and had a DA approved, however he changed his mind and was looking for a move in ready property. John has actually since come through another property listed with us as an interested potential buyer so Mike has established a relationship with him. John had pretty strong opinions on what he thought the land was worth (more than what Mike believed he could sell it for in the current market). He was going to get back in touch with Mike if he decided to proceed. Thanks for the referral – no progress through to listing with us though.
