4/3/25 - Spoke with this gentleman a few times. He was looking for an agent that operates for an extremely low rate. Unfortunately the rate he was looking at does not exist and he would struggle to sell it himself for the service fee he is prepared to pay. I do not see this going any further with our agency. If this is to change I will update you accordingly. - Jake
