13/8/25- Geoff: I have just spoken to Anthony and he has said that the property has been transferred into his wife's name and he no longer has an interest in the property.
/7/25 AS Email to owner for update
14/10/24 Geoff: Still with the solicitors. I have visited the property at Stewart’s River. I have also been in regulate contact with Anthony. No timeline as to next stage at present.
21/6/24 - App booked sent to agents for update
GRAEME: We have touched base and are due to meet up next week.
Geoff: client messaged him trying for 7/7 but maybe two weeks after that he has asked for a friday for access
