17/07/2024 - Yvette PUD: Martin is not going to list his property because he doesn't want to upset the renter.

8/07/2024 - Yvette: Just letting you know I had a return call from Martin Spratt this afternoon. He said they are going to keep their property at 50 Gemma St., Sunderland Bay as they have a good renter in place and don't want to upset him.

5/07/2024 - UD to Yvette & Michael / Camille was doing a drive by, vendor said he already had 2 x agents to her

Yvette: I spoke to Catherine Spratt and she said she would speak to Martin and get back to me. I followed up and left them both a message this afternoon

Michael: owner is getting info from tax dept re land tax and capital gains issues not going to be selling till all isuues fixed

19/06/2024 - Camille: Finally spoke to Mark and he advised he had already been contacted by 2 other agents recommended by Which Real Estate Agent. I wasn't aware you contact so many agents but I will do a drive by appraisal and send through to him

14/06/2024 - Camille: Left message for Martin earlier this week and he hasn't call back. Also sent a text this morning asking if I could get access to property for an appraisal or if he'd prefer I send through a drive by appraisal.
