ONLY TALKING TO MATT


DAVE - JUL 24 -Thanks Natalie, we left another message for him today also.  Hi Natalie, unfortunately we are not getting returned. Phone calls from the VENDOR on this one. We've left a couple of messages now and he did say initially to reschedule into the second week of the school holidays which was last week. We have now left another message for him today and will update you as soon as we hear back Thanks Dave.

Cancelled & asked to meeting with him 2nd week of the school holidays

I have made contact with Matt and have an appointment to view the property next Tuesday afternoon. I will keep you posted on the outcome.

Matt -JUL 24 - Spoke to Matt and he's a ways of doing anything at the moment. I have a better understanding now of what he's doing and wants to move to. I told him I'd touch base in a month two as there is still a fair bit of work to do at his house.


Lincoln - JUL 24 - Yeh he said wasn't in a rush and could be couple of months away unless the right property pops up for them.

Just had a chat with him now, I might be going out next week but it's just early days for him. Thanks will keep you posted.

No nothing as yet tried him last week but no response will keep you posted
