6/1/25-Ash: client waiting on rental to expire first. 29/1/25-  I am in touch with this client. She will consider selling once the rental lease has ended.

13/11/24 Ash: Client is certainly looking to sell, but is waiting for the current lease to expire.

Ash Daga:  Appraised the property. Once client has decided to sell and has chosen us for it, she will get in touch with us.


We discussed at home in lengths. Planning to meet with the agent that we have agreement with leasing in the coming months to understand the pros and cons about making the tenants leave earlier than the contract end date etc then I will come back.
