19/08/2025 - Michelle: Dad passed just had funeral

23/07/2025 - Michelle: in contact 2 weeks ago - Dad is more unwell (dementia - will not be released), sister (from Darwin?)involved. 

Mother still unwell, but they are more pressed now for funding for aged care for father. Michelle said to leave it with her - gets on well. And they have also reached out to the other agents as well.

Vicktor:  the seller has not got back in touch. I have tried to follow up a few times.
