thanks for your email. Just letting you know that my ex-partner is taking over the property and does not want to sell the property anymore.
I'm currently going through legal avenues to finalise our property settlement.

21/06/19: Emailed vendor re decision to sell, no response
11/01/19: Spoke to agent Margot, has moved to a different area - cannot service this vendor - need to remove from OPP
26/10/18: Last conversation w/ Yara/vendor, "Spoke to vendor who mentioned that she has finally gone through the courts and there has been an eviction notice passed down where the tenant needs to move out by November. Yara said she will get in contact with Margot once this has all been done. I noted I would follow up before we break up for Christmas."
