16/05/19: Spoke to vendor, all on hold at moment divorce situation her ex is not communicating so she cant speak to agents ok to follow up end of year, for update
11/07/18: Spoke to Daniel, followed up on client she wants to sell but not her ex she may need to go to court will send her info and follow up this may be a long one vf
02/07/18: Spoke to Antoinette and she was considering going with purple bricks as they quoted her a flat rate including everything $7k and could not afford the agents conmission.
07/06/18: Agents Ash & Daniel accepted referral
