10/7/24-  Spoke with Martin & Heike as planned last night.


They still have other agent engaged at this point. They seemed comfortable with the discussion. And will reassess.


I also sent them a link to a ‘shed property’ at a higher standard which sold in May 21 for $680k.

I have indicated to them the price point is still too high but given the time on the market it needs a refresh, either the price removed via an expression of interest or a price reduction. 8/7/24-  Hi Vicki,

They have pushed the discussion out until Tuesday evening. So won't know anymore till then.
