14/07/2024 - Sam: Spoke to Irina and Mikhail, they have decided to hold the sale till Apr next year as they have just signed the tenants a new 12 months lease, their finance adviser recommended they sell as vacant possession or close to end of lease to get more money

I think this is also a lead that came through LAF sometime last year
