8/7 Tanya: Finally got through to client. I have sent him information on our services just now via email. But when I spoke to him he mentioned that All Adelaide have offered him 5.5% management fees, no other charges. I cannot compete with that so I do not feel I will win this one. He is just after the lowest fees possible by the sounds of him.
