2/04/2025 - Jake: Followed up with this one a few times without response. I'll try my luck again. Reached out again via emailed this time, hoping to trigger a response.

"I hope you are well and enjoying life. I wanted to reach out and see how things are going. We spoke late last year in relation to a couple of your investment properties you were considering selling.
