Hi Vicki, Hope you are well Just to update you on our meeting with Debra. I went om Saturday and had a chat to Debra and her sister Cheryl. The house needs demolition. Not livable at all. Their sister used to live there apparently. Anyway, I ended up signing them up for 6 months, the reason being they don't have the probate yet and it could take up to 3 months to get it.
