30/05/19: Listing withdrawn
09/05/18: Agent advised has been listing this for a long time with no success. Vendor needs to invest some more money in marketing - also 1 bedders are proving hard to sell in this area.
12/01/18: Spoke to agent -vendor fixed on a high price which they may not even get
12/10/16: Mick called me and advised spoken to vendor and reducing the price.
12/10/16: Reducing the listing to $260k as they are not getting any interest
26/07/16: Agents Leigh, Mick, & Neil accepted referral
