24/10/24- Ian Watson: Listed for last 70 days prob cheaper commission Quite isolated areas would be restricted in what you can build there.
30/7 Client said no decision yet thinking of what to do treading carefully. prices came it a bit lower of what they expected but dont blame agents for that.
