House was Built in 1976 good condition, will change the back fence, good location, well maintained, did a roof re seal.
Was leased for the last 30 years. Currently leased.
3 bedroom house, 1 bathroom, garage, new shower block in 2014 and kitchen renovated 20 years ago.
This property will be sold and Terry is going through motions at the moment to interview agents.
