NEIL - Thanks Natalie, I have sent a follow up e-mail to Michal Gleeson with additional questions. The chap from Harris is a suburban house specialist and not a good match for what we seek. Do you have other agents that work the hills excluding Harcourts that I earlier contacted.
A question for you, which produces the best outcome for the vendor, expressions of interest or an auction? Do you have auctioneers that work independently from agents?
