Mahi - OCT 24 - I have talked to Helen and sent her proposal. She said she will get back to me. So I follow up with calls and sms. She hasn't get back to me.

Yes, I have visit her home and she has our appraisal. I also send the appraisal to her Husband. 

They are separating, I haven’t heard anything back from husband but Michelle said, she will present this to her lawyer and get back to us. 

I will follow up this week and see if there is any update.
