Josh: Been having a few good discussions with Nimesh. At this stage the vendors price expectation is a little high for the current market conditions. So they are likely to continue down the rental pathway at this stage.

Donna: yes I submitted an appraisal last week. He indicated to me he is thinking about it. The property is currently advertised for rent with century 21 real estate in Albury.
