Market feedback has not been favourable on our current pricing, as a result the owners will withdraw the property and focus on renting as air bnb.

They may re-visit a sale later in the year or in a year or two.



MARK NOV 24 - Clayton is away this week so instead of making you wait I thought I'd respond on his behalf.


There is no action there yet, the owners have been taking short stay bookings in this busy time as we head into Christmas / New Year which has unfortunately meant we can't book any open for inspections on Saturdays.


I've been staying in touch with them and we're going to reconvene next week and have a chat about how we handle everything until such time as we can do opens again.
