10/3 Paul Brookes says he may have this one of the two agrees working on the other ownerHas non-exclusive agency agreement until 21/3/2025. Once expired will be signing an exclusive agreement with me

However the company they are renting through are the most cut rate real estate agents in Belmont, so that leads me to believe they will want me to sell it for free basically.

Or they will just take an offer we bring to them and then get their managing agent to contact the buyers direct to get a lower fee for selling.

Sorry for being negative, but the real estate company they deal with attracts the same clientele as themselves.

19/2/25-CLIENT SAID HE IS LOOKING TO SELL TO A DEVELOPER LOTS 9/11/13 OWNED BY HIS FRIEND AND 15 OWNED BY HIMSELF, WANTS MIN 4MILL PLUS COSTS AND LOOKING AT SIGNING A NON EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT. 

I have passed to Craig Goodridge but I don't think there will be any further developments as the clients conditions (unexclusive agreement and no commission payable unless an unrealistic figure is achieved) were less than desirable.


19/2/25 Leigh Welsh. Russel advised that he is selling his property instead. I forwarded to sales dept but Russel is only looking at unexclusive arrangements with no commission unless over the set amount achieved and they felt the target amount was unrealistic.


21/8/24 Leigh: Owner said he has decided to stay with existing Property Manager for now and will relook at things down the track
