Waste of time - wants $370K, agent estimated low $200s / won't be selling ahs a long term tenant and her daughter found money for another property elsewhere

In contact with Chapman and another that had appraised at a much higher price last year. 

Kieran appraised @ $237K, another agent @ $370K last year
