Tim: I’ve met with Trish, sent a proposal and followed up. I’m yet to hear anything further either way.


Will follow up again next week. She did have another agent coming last Friday.


Jo Thornton: She is not ready to sell right now, maybe Spring (not far away).

Will speak to her daughter who needs to sell in NSW and then work out what they are doing as may buy something together.

I will follow her up next week.
