15/10/2024 - APP to Patrick / UD to Jack

Patrick: Done isn't looking to anything at this point. Potentially in 6 months but she is still working through everything with her accountant. I will let you know if I list the property next year.

13/09/2024 - Patrick: I have finally managed to get a hold of Done, the owner. Tenanted property. I am doing a walk through and coming back to her afterwards with a full proposal.
