18/11/24 client: looking for 225k if Lauren has genuine buyers at that price to give her a call otherwise will keep it. 

Lauren: I now have a property Under Offer as of last week and the Sellers will definitely want to buy a shed.


I will wait for their Finance Approval then I can approach Sharon again, maybe present a cash offer to her.
