9/10/24 - I have appraised this property 5-6 times over the last 5 years. I don’t believe the lady has any say in what will happen to the property. She wants to remain there, ex-partner wants to sell it. She can’t afford the half-payment to buy him out so they keep requesting appraisals hoping the result will be different. I do not wish to attend this one again, it’s wasted too much of my time already.- Jade
