Kirstin: Unfortunately, we tried multiple attempts to contact the owner Jason via email, phone, and SMS to confirm some features of the property with him after he advised us, he only wanted a desktop appraisal.

Tom: No luck yet with the client, unsure if you have been able to reach him?
