5/09/2024 - Paul: We went out to view the properties last Friday and Mandy has just forwarded to me the title details to clarify exact dimensions of total land component. I have spoke to her again and we will forward them an appraisal report next week.

Just so you are aware when I spoke to Mandy she told me that the properties are owned by her husband Peter’s parents. They are doing all the background research for them.
