Susan -MAR 25 - I haven't been in touch as I am still waiting on the change of property title to allow me to sell 3 Gold St Aldershot.

It is a frustratingly slow process. The solicitor has advised it shouldn't be much longer.

Yes, I have been contacted by all of them. I need to wait for probate

Property was appraised on 13th of September, waiting for vendor to make a decision, but this will not happen until probate is in place.
