The property was Corrine's Mums home. Now a Deceased Estate Corinne is the executor. Property was possibly built in the 60's, 3 bedrooms, 2 with BIR one without BIR, 1 Bathroom, 1 Living Area, it has a large decking area off the living area and a good size bungalow in the backyard. Land size is over 700sq metres, house needs some work and freshening up her Mum was 87 when she passed.

I myself haven't spoken to any agents, but my Sister in Law took it upon herself to get 2 agents is within a week of Mums funeral, I have no idea which ones, I am executor so it wasn't her call really. I do have an agent in mind who recently sold my SIL'S Grandmothers house, also in Boronia and am interested to see if he makes your list.We are at least 6 months off having the house cleaned out and even ready to consider selling, hence not interested in being hounded by agents as yet, it's still raw and very early days, I have a lot of Business's and Gov Authorities to notify yet so agents are not a priority at this point in time.
