12/3/25-We conducted an auction campaign but could not secure the right buyers or receive a suitable offer. As a result, we decided to purchase the property ourselves.As the Disclosure of Conflict of Interest outlines, we cannot charge a commission when purchasing the property for ourselves. This would be illegal, so I’d like to confirm that no commission has been charged to the vendor in this transaction.
