24/7/25 AS2 to agent for an update see response
20/9/24- George : I met with Patricia yesterday and looked over their property and circumstances.
They are very nice people, I have an appointment next week to go over the market appraisal and options.
I don’t believe they will be selling in the near future but will keep you updated in any case.
