4/3/25 - Anthony Molinaro: work in progress these people are going thru divorce wife being difficult.
25/11/24-Anthony Molinaro said he has ctc John this is a partner separation, waiting to gain access to the house as the ex partner lives there. vf
13/9/24 - Contacted John earlier today and he mentioned his partner Mary gets back from Europe mid-October. Prefers all communication to go through him, and then he’ll communicate to Mary. Appraisal to be booked for when Mary gets back from Europe. Happy to go to market soon after - Anthony
