11/12/24 Jacob:  I did not list it. I met with her, but she got in touch with another agent in my office. Please contact the owner. She wasn’t happy with my price estimate.

JACOB - HI Natalie, I met with Amanda last week and sent her an appraisal which she advised she had received. I planned to follow her up at the end of the week. I haven't heard anything further from her. I know that her husband is away and it's school holidays. So not sure if she is waiting for his return to discuss. Cheers, Jacob

Hi Natalie, I have now made contact with Amanda. She plans to have the property sold by December, so will be ready to go to market in the next month. Wants a little more than what she paid for it. I will be meeting her on the 25th at 11:45am. Will give you another update after my appointment. Thanks again.
